社会责任政策
公(gong)司(si)自愿选择遵守SA8000:2014 标(biao)准,郑重承诺(nuo)提(ti)供一(yi)个基(ji)于(符合(he))联合(he)国(guo)人(ren)权宣言,国(guo)际(ji)劳(lao)工组织(ILO)和其(qi)它国(guo)际(ji)人(ren)权惯例,劳(lao)动(dong)定额(e)标(biao)准以及中国(guo)法(fa)律的(de)(de)标(biao)准,尊重并(bing)保(bao)护所有在(zai)公(gong)司(si)控制和影响范(fan)围内的(de)(de)生产或服务人(ren)员,包括公(gong)司(si)自已(yi)及其(qi)供应商(shang)/分包商(shang),分包方雇用的(de)(de)员工和家庭工人(ren)等(deng),是一(yi)个负责任公(gong)司(si)所具(ju)备的(de)(de)基(ji)本条件,也是消费者(zhe)、客(ke)户、公(gong)众(zhong)和政(zheng)府(fu)等(deng)利(li)益相关的(de)(de)期望,所以,本公(gong)司(si)政(zheng)策是:
(1)自愿选(xuan)择遵(zun)守(shou)(shou)S2A8000、联合(he)国(guo)(guo)人权宣方、国(guo)(guo)际劳工组织(zhi)和其(qi)(qi)它国(guo)(guo)际人权惯例及其(qi)(qi)它相关(guan)社会(hui)责任行为守(shou)(shou)则,特别是“SA8000:2014 标(biao)准”第二部分“规范性原则及其(qi)(qi)解(jie)释”中列示的(de)相关(guan)国(guo)(guo)际指(zhi)导(dao),努力实现社会(hui)责任目标(biao);
(2)本公(gong)司承诺遵守国家和地方(fang)性的法律(lv)法规,本着向社会(hui)负责,对公(gong)司及(ji)公(gong)司可以控制和影响所(suo)有(you)员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)负责的态度,依(yi)法依(yi)规保(bao)障员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)权益,确保(bao)其基本生活需求得到保(bao)证;不断改善生产工(gong)(gong)作与生活条(tiao)件,确保(bao)员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的健康安全而(er)不懈努力;
(3)公司(si)制(zhi)定一系列(lie)实(shi)(shi)施 SA8000标准和法律法规(gui)的(de)政策(ce)、程序,涉(she)及到员(yuan)工(gong)的(de)人(ren)(ren)身(shen)权益、人(ren)(ren)格尊敬、结集自由、工(gong)作时间、工(gong)资福利、健康安(an)全、环境保护、工(gong)作条件改(gai)善等(deng)等(deng)诸多事(shi)项,形成系统性的(de)规(gui)章制(zhi)度(du),在实(shi)(shi)践中(zhong)依章行(xing)(xing)事(shi),依规(gui)管理(li),规(gui)范公司(si)行(xing)(xing)为,并不断改(gai)善;
禁(jin)止使用(yong)童工和(he)强(qiang)迫(po)劳工,不接受任何使用(yong)童工或(huo)强(qiang)迫(po)和(he)强(qiang)制劳动(dong)的(de)供应商/分包商以及下(xia)级供应商;
(4)尊重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人择业(ye)(ye)自(zi)由(you),禁止交纳押(ya)金、有效证件(jian)(jian)原件(jian)(jian)等(deng)任何形式的强迫和强制劳动,确保(bao)(bao)员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完全(quan)自(zi)愿受雇,且不(bu)用(yong)(yong)承(cheng)担雇佣的任何费(fei)用(yong)(yong)与成(cheng)本;公司(si)为(wei)(wei)员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)健康安全(quan),不(bu)断努力改善条件(jian)(jian),首先采取措施(shi)(shi)最大限度消除(chu)或(huo)降低危害,为(wei)(wei) 员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提供一个安全(quan)的、良好的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、生活环(huan)(huan)境:所有的车间(jian)(jian)、仓库、写字(zi)楼、宿舍等(deng)建(jian)筑(zhu)物均(jun)符(fu)合国(guo)家标(biao)准,通(tong)过(guo)建(jian)筑(zhu)质量(liang)、消防、环(huan)(huan)保(bao)(bao)验收;各车间(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序没有巨(ju)毒(du)物,没有产生过(guo)量(liang)粉尘、噪声、水分、烟(yan)雾,造(zao)成(cheng)高温,严重(zhong)污染空气的作(zuo)业(ye)(ye);各工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序均(jun)按国(guo)家规定配置了安全(quan)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)设施(shi)(shi),劳动保(bao)(bao)护(hu)用(yong)(yong)品(pin);车间(jian)(jian)空气,员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)饮用(yong)(yong)水进行检测,以(yi)保(bao)(bao)证员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)们的健康。
(5)推(tui)动劳资合作,尊重员工的结社自由(you)和集体谈(tan)判权,认真听取或收集员工的诉(su)求;
(6)提供(gong)平(ping)等和公平(ping),没(mei)有(you)威吓、谩骂、剥削或(huo)性侵(qin)行为的(de)工作、生活(huo)环境(jing),禁(jin)止地(di)域(yu)等任何形式歧视、侮辱人格的(de)行为;
(7)对所(suo)有(you)员(yuan)工予以尊(zun)重与尊(zun)严,反对任何形(xing)式的肉体(ti)惩罚与精(jing)神或语言(yan)上的侮(wu)辱;
(8)合理(li)安排生产计(ji)划,依据法规适时(shi)安排工(gong)人的工(gong)作时(shi)间和休息、休假;
定期提(ti)供合(he)理、合(he)法(fa)的(de)工资(zi)福利,至少满足工人的(de)基(ji)本生活需求(qiu)。
(9)建立(li)社会责任管(guan)理(li)体系政策(ce)、程序与(yu)实施文件(jian),设立(li)相(xiang)关的(de)执行团队与(yu)监督(du)机(ji)制,定期评审体系适(shi)宜性、有(you)效性,采用(yong)有(you)效的(de)方法与(yu)形式影(ying)响利益相(xiang)关方,持续改进,不断完善(shan)。
