近期,中(zhong)国信(xin)科集(ji)团(tuan)旗下烽火通信(xin)等单位的多(duo)项光(guang)(guang)通信(xin)技术(shu)创新成(cheng)果在全球(qiu)光(guang)(guang)通信(xin)权威学(xue)术(shu)会(hui)(hui)议ECOC 2022(欧(ou)洲(zhou)光(guang)(guang)通信(xin)会(hui)(hui)议)上(shang)亮相。ECOC是全球(qiu)光(guang)(guang)通信(xin)学(xue)术(shu)界(jie)产(chan)业界(jie)盛会(hui)(hui),系列成(cheng)果充分展现了中(zhong)国信(xin)科光(guang)(guang)通信(xin)全产(chan)业链创新优(you)势与技术(shu)实力。
2021年,在《Nature Index》全球高(gao)科(ke)技企业(ye)排(pai)名(ming)榜单上,中国(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)科(ke)取得了世界第9、国(guo)(guo)(guo)内信(xin)息领域第1的成绩。本次大(da)会上,中国(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)科(ke)旗下(xia)单位共发表论(lun)(lun)文(wen)(wen)(wen)5篇(pian)(pian)(pian),文(wen)(wen)(wen)章数量又创(chuang)下(xia)历史新高(gao),是中国(guo)(guo)(guo)入选文(wen)(wen)(wen)章较多的企业(ye)之一(yi)。其中,特邀报(bao)告(gao)一(yi)篇(pian)(pian)(pian)(中国(guo)(guo)(guo)大(da)陆仅3篇(pian)(pian)(pian)),“Highly Scored Paper”两篇(pian)(pian)(pian)(中国(guo)(guo)(guo)大(da)陆仅3篇(pian)(pian)(pian)论(lun)(lun)文(wen)(wen)(wen)入选),涉(she)及(ji)大(da)容量长(zhang)距离光(guang)传输系统、高(gao)速硅(gui)光(guang)芯片与器件、高(gao)速无源光(guang)接入系统和数据中心(xin)网(wang)络架构等(deng)多领域。
在大容量长距离光传输领域,烽火通信参与了中国移动(dong)研究院牵头的光传输系统实(shi)(shi)验,共同发表报告“Real-Time 10-λ×800-Gb/s Sub-Carrier-Multiplexing 95-GBd DP-64QAM-PCS Transmission Over 2018-km G.654.E Fibre With Pure Backward Distributed Raman Amplification”。该实(shi)(shi)验围绕超(chao)(chao)大带宽、灵活调度、智(zhi)能组网等核心技术,基于G.654.E光纤(xian)和纯背向(xiang)拉(la)曼放大系统,在业(ye)界首次实(shi)(shi)现(xian)了800G光信号超(chao)(chao)两千公里(li)的极限传输,成(cheng)果入选“Highly Scored Paper”。
在高速光芯片与光器件领域,中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)信(xin)(xin)(xin)科(ke)(ke)肖希博(bo)士在(zai)(zai)大(da)会上发表了题为(wei)“High Baudrate Silicon Photonics for the Next-generation Optical Communication”的(de)(de)特(te)邀报告,全面介绍了中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)信(xin)(xin)(xin)科(ke)(ke)近年来在(zai)(zai)硅(gui)光(guang)(guang)传输(shu)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)及其(qi)系(xi)统性(xing)能验(yan)证方面的(de)(de)进(jin)展(zhan)。重磅发布与烽(feng)火通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)(xin)子公司(si)飞思灵、中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)信(xin)(xin)(xin)科(ke)(ke)旗下(xia)光(guang)(guang)迅(xun)科(ke)(ke)技联合开发的(de)(de)单载(zai)波净速率666Gb/s(100Gbaud PDM-16QAM)硅(gui)基相干(gan)光(guang)(guang)传输(shu)器(qi)件,为(wei)目前我(wo)国(guo)(guo)已发布的(de)(de)高(gao)速硅(gui)基相干(gan)光(guang)(guang)器(qi)件。基于自研硅(gui)光(guang)(guang)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)完成(cheng)1.06Pbit/s单纤(xian)传输(shu)和16Tbit/s,10000公里标准单模光(guang)(guang)纤(xian)传输(shu)等实验(yan),充分展(zhan)示(shi)硅(gui)光(guang)(guang)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)在(zai)(zai)下(xia)一代(dai)光(guang)(guang)纤(xian)传输(shu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)巨大(da)潜力(li)。另外,国(guo)(guo)家信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)光(guang)(guang)电(dian)子创新(xin)中(zhong)心在(zai)(zai)口头(tou)报告“Single Lane Beyond 400 Gbit/s Optical Direct Detection Based on a Sidewall-Doped Ge-Si Photodetector”中(zhong)首次展(zhan)示(shi)了一种双侧(ce)壁掺杂型超高(gao)速硅(gui)光(guang)(guang)探测器(qi)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian),实测获得单通(tong)(tong)道408Gb/s(136Gbaud PAM8)光(guang)(guang)信(xin)(xin)(xin)号(hao)接收功(gong)能,创下(xia)国(guo)(guo)际上硅(gui)光(guang)(guang)探测器(qi)的(de)(de)速率纪(ji)录,该研究成(cheng)果同时入选本(ben)次大(da)会的(de)(de)“Highly Scored Paper”。
在高速无源光接入领域,光(guang)纤通信技术和网络国家(jia)重点实(shi)(shi)验(yan)室在(zai)报(bao)告“SOA Pre-Amplified 200 Gb/s/λ PON Using High-Bandwidth TFLN Modulator”中(zhong)展示(shi)了(le)(le)一种基于(yu)混合光(guang)器(qi)件方案的(de)单波超(chao)(chao)200G直调(diao)直检下行光(guang)接入实(shi)(shi)验(yan),采用超(chao)(chao)高(gao)带宽薄膜铌(ni)酸锂调(diao)制(zhi)器(qi)和半导(dao)体光(guang)放大(da)器(qi)(SOA),在(zai)单波超(chao)(chao)200Gb/s PAM-4光(guang)信号传(chuan)输20公里后仍能提供(gong)29dB以上(shang)的(de)功率预算,为下一代超(chao)(chao)高(gao)速光(guang)接入系统及6G移动前传(chuan)提出了(le)(le)低(di)(di)成本低(di)(di)复杂度(du)的(de)有效解决方案。
在数据中心网络架构领域,中国信(xin)科(ke)旗下光迅(xun)科(ke)技联合阿里巴巴集团发(fa)表了海(hai)报(bao)论文(wen)“SONiC-Based Network Operating System for Open Whitebox Optical Transport Equipment”,文(wen)中演示了业(ye)界(jie)首个(ge)基于SONiC技术的(de)开放式(shi)白盒(he)光传输设备,包括(kuo)光转发(fa)器、光放大器和保护开关的(de)网络操作系(xi)统(tong)。该系(xi)统(tong)引(yin)入了一(yi)个(ge)光网络线卡(ka)抽象接(jie)口,从而创建了一(yi)个(ge)统(tong)一(yi)且与供应商无关的(de)线卡(ka)提取层。
