武(wu)汉(han)市轨道(dao)交通(tong)16号线(xian)(xian)是(shi)汉(han)南地区连接武(wu)汉(han)主城(cheng)区的快速通(tong)道(dao),线(xian)(xian)路(lu)全长(zhang)33公里,其中(zhong)部分(fen)与(yu)长(zhang)江平行的区间采用高架(jia)线(xian)(xian)段,乘客(ke)可以饱览长(zhang)江与(yu)桥梁的如画美景,体验山(shan)河湖的城(cheng)市风貌。目前(qian),该线(xian)(xian)路(lu)已于2021年9月30日完成(cheng)“试跑”,预计年底(di)开通(tong),将成(cheng)为武(wu)汉(han)美丽的观江地铁(tie)线(xian)(xian)。
16号(hao)(hao)线(xian)(xian)计划使用两套专用无线(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)系统,初(chu)步设计沿轨道(dao)(dao)(dao)敷设两根漏缆(lan),分别满(man)足两个信(xin)(xin)号(hao)(hao)频(pin)段需要。由于(yu)隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)空间(jian)有限,线(xian)(xian)缆(lan)的(de)布(bu)线(xian)(xian)及(ji)安装将相互牵扯,不仅加大(da)施工难度、延长(zhang)施工周期,后期调试(shi)维护也费(fei)时费(fei)力,而且漏缆(lan)之间(jian)会因为信(xin)(xin)号(hao)(hao)互相干扰影响通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)质(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。为此,烽火通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)提(ti)出双(shuang)频(pin)段共缆(lan)技术解决(jue)方案(an),单条漏缆(lan)集合(he)两种无线(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)号(hao)(hao),只需敷设一根漏缆(lan)即可满(man)足使用。该方案(an)场强(qiang)分布(bu)均匀,综合(he)损耗性能优异,完全满(man)足轨道(dao)(dao)(dao)交通(tong)(tong)中紧急信(xin)(xin)息发布(bu)、车载视频(pin)传输、乘客通(tong)(tong)讯信(xin)(xin)号(hao)(hao)覆(fu)盖(gai)等(deng)要求(qiu),不但节约了隧道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)线(xian)(xian)路使用空间(jian)、使施工更快(kuai)速便捷、保证了传输系统的(de)贯(guan)通(tong)(tong)时间(jian),还(hai)可节省50%的(de)线(xian)(xian)路材料及(ji)配件,降低了采购(gou)成本,由于(yu)没有相互信(xin)(xin)号(hao)(hao)干扰,线(xian)(xian)路通(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)质(zhi)量(liang)(liang)更有保证。
本次武(wu)汉地(di)铁(tie)通(tong)信项(xiang)目(mu)是(shi)第(di)一次使用(yong)漏(lou)缆(lan)合用(yong)技(ji)术(shu),施工(gong)(gong)单(dan)(dan)位对产(chan)品(pin)(pin)及配件安(an)装经验不足。为(wei)(wei)保证施工(gong)(gong)规(gui)范(fan)进行(xing),烽火在(zai)(zai)准备阶(jie)段(duan)组织了(le)技(ji)术(shu)培(pei)训,以漏(lou)缆(lan)及卡具实物操作(zuo)方式(shi),讲解了(le)产(chan)品(pin)(pin)和系(xi)统(tong)的应用(yong)场(chang)(chang)景(jing)、安(an)装规(gui)程及注意事项(xiang)。在(zai)(zai)施工(gong)(gong)阶(jie)段(duan),烽火技(ji)术(shu)团队(dui)深入工(gong)(gong)程现场(chang)(chang)指导(dao),解决卡具安(an)装不正,打孔间距不一致(zhi)等(deng)问题(ti),特别(bie)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)站厅(ting)站台、防火门(men)等(deng)特殊位置进行(xing)现场(chang)(chang)测绘(hui),与施工(gong)(gong)单(dan)(dan)位及时(shi)调整(zheng)加工(gong)(gong)配套配件规(gui)格。由于16号线设计(ji)最(zui)高(gao)时(shi)速为(wei)(wei)120公里/小时(shi),车(che)速更(geng)快,列车(che)通(tong)过时(shi)隧道(dao)内流场(chang)(chang)压力(li)更(geng)加复杂和剧(ju)烈,安(an)装在(zai)(zai)壁(bi)面的卡具容易产(chan)生(sheng)松动,因此烽火进行(xing)了(le)技(ji)术(shu)升(sheng)级,将(jiang)卡具设计(ji)为(wei)(wei)防脱落结构(gou),并(bing)将(jiang)安(an)装于高(gao)架区段(duan)支架上(shang)的卡具由单(dan)(dan)孔改为(wei)(wei)双(shuang)孔固(gu)定,使其更(geng)为(wei)(wei)牢(lao)固(gu),保障(zhang)行(xing)车(che)更(geng)加安(an)全。
